1:1 Coachings
Confidential and intensive 1:1 coaching with focused discussions and exercises form the basis (for employees as well as for managers). The aim is to strengthen the resilience and self-efficacy of the individual person. This avoids, among other things, overload situations and conflicts.
Flexibility
The program is flexible, so that it can be adapted to your needs. The duration and type of support (on site or online) can also be individually coordinated.

How do I recognize that a team member is under stress? How do we deal with that? How can we as a team avoid this in the best possible way?
